PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We will be happy to accept a personal check or money order, but your order will not be processed and shipped until the check is received.
PHONE ORDERS/QUESTIONS

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns/exchanges on items that are returned within 30 days of shipment from our Lindsborg, Kansas location. The items must be returned in the condition you received them. SHOES MUST NOT BE WORN OUTDOORS. Exchanges will be charged a shipping fee for the shipping the new item. Refunds will be given only on the merchandise, not on the shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to accept international orders. These orders will be shipped via Air Mail or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service or from our clog factory in Sweden. You will be notified via email of the cost of additional shipping charges.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to orders that are shipped to addresses in the State of Kansas. Sales tax will be charged according to the sales tax rate in the city/town that you reside.
SHIPPING
All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday, from our Lindsborg, Kansas location. Hand painted items will need an additional 48 hours to allow for the drying time of the paint. If an item is not available for some reason, or is a special order, you will be emailed as to the expected shipping date.
Items are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (priority mail). If you need your order shipped overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day air, we will be happy to accommodate you, just contact us via email or phone and we will provide you with the additional shipping charges.
