PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa through our website, but Can accept Discover and American Express through Chameleon Clogs if you prefer. We will be happy to accept a personal check or money order, but your order will not be processed and shipped until the check is received.

PHONE ORDERS/QUESTIONS
We will gladly accept your phone order. Please call 785-227-2951 for Brasko or 252-441-2550 for all wooden clogs, for phone orders, special orders, or if you have any questions regarding our products, shipping, etc. We can also be emailed at: chameleonclogs@hotmail.com

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns/exchanges on items that are returned within 30 days of shipment from our Nags Head, NC or our Lindsborg, KS location. The items must be returned in the condition you received them. SHOES MUST NOT BE WORN OUTDOORS. Exchanges will be charged a shipping fee for shipping back the new item. Refunds will be given only as a last resort. Each pair of wooden clogs is handmade to order. A 30% restocking fee will be added to any refunded clog that required a custom fitting, custom detailing, weaving or painting. Refunds will be only for the merchandise, not on the shipping charges. ALL WOODEN CLOGS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO: CHAMELEON CLOGS, 2515 S. CROATAN HIGHWAY, UNIT G, NAGS HEAD, NC 27959. ALL BRASKO CLOGS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO CLOGS & SUCH, P.O. BOX 192, LINDSBORG, KS 67456.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to accept international orders. These orders will be shipped via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Our Website charges for domestic USA freight only. You will be notified via email of your options and the cost of your additional shipping charges.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to orders that are shipped to addresses in the State of Kansas for Brasko clogs and will be charged for wooden clog sales in North Carolina. Sales tax will be charged according to the sales tax rate in the city/town that you reside.

SHIPPING
All in stock Brasko orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday, from our Lindsborg, Kansas location. All in stock wooden clog orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from our Nags Head, North Carolina location. Hand painted, Handwoven, or custom designed items will ship approx. 2 weeks from receiving your order, as they are handmade and hand painted. If an item is not available for some reason, or is a special order, you will be emailed as to the expected shipping date.

Items are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (priority mail). If you need your order shipped overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day air, or prefer a different carrier, we will be happy to accommodate you, just contact us via email or phone and we will provide you with the additional shipping charges.
